About

Amy S. Brown is short for Amanda Brown. No, not that Amanda Brown. Or that one either. This Amanda Brown loves fairy tales and magic roses, perhaps from growing up in a log cabin in the woods. She is an avid horsewoman, a dancer, choreographer, lover of owls, and always a reader. She lives in Ontario, Canada with her husband, three cats Abby, Ziva, and Boots, and her horse Dakota.

Some of her favourite books include, in no particular order: Rumpelstiltskin¬†by Paul O. Zelinsky, The Harry Potter series by J. K. Rowling, Look For Me By Moonlight by Mary Downing Hahn, Old Magic by Marianne Curley, Howl’s Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones, Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, The Abhorsen Trilogy by Garth Nix, The Immortal Secrets of Nicholas Flammel series by Michael Scott, The Dresden Files series and The Cinder Spire series by Jim Butcher, The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern, The Ministry of Curiosities book series by C. J. Archer, and The Millennium Series by Stieg Larsson.

  1. You may not remember me. I think of you often as I try to eradicate Aegopodium from my garden. I keep your nightmare in Harvard in mind. For some reason I decided to see what you are up to and found this.
Last thing I remember you were going to be a garden designer? Life seems to be treating you well.
